# BIOS setup Asus
How to set your BIOS correctly
## Flash BIOS
### Flash BIOS

1. Download your BIOS file from the manufacturer's site
2. Go into your BIOS
3. Update it to a newer or to the same version
### Enter BIOS
1. Boot PC
2. Spam **Del** until you are in the BIOS
3. Press **F7 (Advanced Mode)**
### Disable TPM
1. Navigate to the **Advanced** tab
2. Scroll down to the **Trusted Computing** category
3. Set the **Security Device** **Support** option to **Disabled**
### Disable CSM
1. Navigate to the **Boot** tab
2. Scroll down to the **CSM (Compatibility Support Module)** category
3. Set the **Launch CSM** option to **Disabled**
### Set to UEFI mode
1. Navigate to the **Boot** tab
2. Scroll down to the **Secure boot** category
3. Set **OS Type** to **Windows UEFI**
### Disable secure boot
1. Navigate to the **Boot** tab
2. Scroll down to the **Secure boot** category
3. Make sure the **OS Type** is [**Windows UEFI**](https://docs.blackswipe.xyz/perm-spoofer/setup/bios-setup-asus#set-to-uefi-mode)****
4. Enter **Key Management**
5. Select **Clear Secure Boot keys**
